All fields in the Fora form are required. For open-ended travel questions you’re still deciding, you can write “Not sure yet.” Please provide accurate contact details so Kenna can follow up.

An inquiry starts a conversation. It does not reserve travel, charge a payment or confirm a booking.

We’ll discuss the kind of trip you want and the options worth considering. If any planning fees apply to your request, ask for the amount, scope and terms before agreeing to a paid service.

Travel prices and availability can change before confirmation. Any proposed option should be reviewed with its current inclusions, exclusions and applicable terms.

Review before booking.

Review traveler details, dates, pricing, payment deadlines and the supplier’s change and cancellation terms before authorizing a booking. Different suppliers and travel products can have different conditions.

Use the Fora or supplier process provided during planning for payment authorization and sensitive traveler details. Please do not send passport or payment-card details by ordinary email.
